About Me!

Passionate software engineer & competitive strongman

Yep, you read that correctly! While I take great pride in my work as an engineer, I also strive to be the best "athlete" that I can be.

I approach my work as a software engineer much the same as I approach my training in the gym: focused, determined, and hungry. Now what could I possibly mean by "hungry"? I simply wish to convey that I am constantly yearning for more... More improvement, greater challenges, and increased knowledge.

While still relatively early on in my career, I have been blessed with some level of success in both of these areas of my life. I believe that these successes are a direct result of approaching everything that I do with the same work ethic and passion.

Each challenge gets attacked by the same 6 step process.

My Services

Desktop Apps

Significant professional experience with WPF. Working knowledge of Xamarin.Forms & WinForms. Have historically developed for Windows, but Xamarin is capable of targeting MacOS as well should you have a need for MacOS applications.

Mobile Apps

Have deployed multiple Xamarin.Forms applications specifically targeting AndroidOS, utilizing C# and implementing the MVVM architecture, which allows for an easy deployment to iOS (Apple) as well as other targets should the need arise.

Web Apps

Skilled with multiple web devlepment technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript (NodeJS/ExpressJS), WordPress / PHP, NGINX, & Ubuntu (for hosting).

Consulting

Available for part-time contracted consulting. I can provide information or be a resource as a software SME (one-time or retainer), interview or mentor technical hires (for small businesses with no current I.T. infrastructure), and much more.
